How your report score is calculated.
Every visit produces a score out of 100. Here is exactly how that number is built and what it means.
The five scored categories
Welcome & Seating
How quickly and warmly guests are acknowledged, greeted, and seated. Covers host or door staff behavior, wait time, and first impressions.
Service Timing
Speed and pacing of the service sequence: time to first acknowledgment, drink delivery, order taking, food arrival, and check presentation.
Food & Drink
Accuracy of the order, temperature and presentation of food, quality of beverages, and whether the experience matched what was described on the menu.
Cleanliness
Condition of the dining area, restrooms, menus, tableware, and any visible back-of-house or service station areas.
Staff Knowledge
Whether staff could answer questions about the menu, specials, ingredients, and beverage options confidently and accurately.
How the overall score is calculated
Each category is scored from 0 to 100 based on a defined rubric. Your overall score is a weighted average across all five categories. Your custom questions are scored and reported separately. They inform the narrative but are not factored into the overall number.
How trends work
Starting with your second visit, every report shows how your score changed from the prior visit. Over time, your dashboard builds a trend line across all categories so you can track the impact of coaching, staffing changes, or operational shifts.
