• Payment information: billing details processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)

Visit reports, scores, observations, and findings are confidential to you as the account holder. This data is:

• Stored securely and accessible only to you through your dashboard
• Never shared with your staff or other parties
• Never disclosed to other clients or used for benchmarking
• Never published publicly or shared with third parties

We may use fully anonymized, aggregated data (with no identifying information) to improve our internal processes and visit quality standards.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and manage your visit program
• Communicate with you about your account, visits, and reports
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (report delivery notifications, password resets, account setup links)
• Improve the quality and reliability of our service

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to data brokers or marketing companies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform, including:

• Email delivery (Resend), for sending transactional emails
• Payment processing, for handling subscription billing
• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure

These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of supporting our service.

We retain your account and visit data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for any disputes or inquiries, then delete or anonymize it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure infrastructure.
